I have a sweet little family comprising of 5 members. Our house is situated at Maliekkal Junction, just 2.5 km away from Karunagappally town (Karunagappally - Shasthamcoatta road) near IHRD engineering college, polytechnic and the kerala feeds factory. 10 minutes of travel from both KNPY bus stand & railway station. The house name is ANISA NIVAS. Mine is a middle class glorious family. We have a total of about an acre of land in different places, 2 houses, a car,….. The home is led by - of course - my father SALIM.S, who is working in KSEB, Kollam. He is the eldest son of S.SALAHUDHEEN(retired PWD contractor) and SALMA BEEVI(retired teacher). He has 3 brothers – SHAJI (late), SHANAVAS (Engineer, MD of KSBC, FILK, SILK), SHIBU (Dental doctor) and a sister SHEEJA (late). His family house is near our home. My father is not a perfect man but he is a perfect father. He is very much interactive and has a social mind. He quit smoking after the marriage (credit goes to my mom) and he doesn’t have any other bad habits. He is very pious and ritualistic (again my mom rocks). But he also has some problems like getting angry quickly, using bad words on loosing temper,…. All that bad portions pass to me as such. Anyway I’m very glad to have such a father. Now my mother ANISA BEEVI.S. She is a teacher working in UPGS, Karunagappally. Her father is S.SHAMSUDHEEN MUSLIAR(retired teacher) and mother is SARA UMMA. She has 3 brothers – Ahammad sha, Sidheek sha, Abdul Rahman (all business men) and 4 sisters – Shareefa (teacher), Amina, Bushra, Rafeeka. Her family house is at Chittumoola, just 3km away from our home. My mom is a talent pool. She is an ideal teacher, a poet, singer,….. The big problem with my mom is- she can’t stop talking. Her tongue doesn’t know rest and this creates many difficulties. But she is a jewel. My sister’s name is ANSHI.A.S. She is now in 10th standard- studying in GHSS, Karunagappally. She is a very good singer and she grabbed many prizes in youth festivals. 8 years of age difference is there between me and my sister and so I have some more care for her. The last member of my family is my brother ANSIF.A.S. He is now studying in 7th standard in my mom’s school- UPGS, Karunagappally. He is a little bit naughty because of the ‘freedom of youngest’ in the family. But he is also a man of talents and is very creative. Since I’m the Big-B, I am somewhat harsh towards him many times. Now I have to tell you about my home place. It’s half urban – half rural area under Karunagappally municipality. There is all the facilities available nearby – transportation, shops, hotels, recreations,…… and is a good secular territory. We have a lovely pool of neighbors. It’s a perfect place to live. The only problem with the place is the railway cross. Since there is no over bridge, sometimes, we have to wait at the rail gate for long time. The sanction for the over bridge is already passed but the work hadn’t started yet. Anyway I can say for sure that I’m living in a small heaven on earth.

My dear friends……….My intention behind this article is to provide a perfect image of me to all of you. My name is ANZAL.A.S. In my home and among my relatives I am called ANUKKUTTAN. I am now at the age of 23. My birth was on 30th August 1987 in Karunagappally (-> Kollam -> Kerala -> India). I am a ritualistic pious MUSLIM (Thanks to almighty). Another thing I’m very proud is to be an INDIAN. I am an engineer, now doing my post graduation (M.Tech in VLSI Design). I have a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication. The first fact I have to say to you about me is that I am a faithful gentleman (believe me). My most favorite subject is theology and I have been engaged in inter religious studies for some years. Computers are my best friends and the cyber world or information super highway or the World Wide Web is my grazing field. I am very interested in technologies and so I like to call myself a cyber-boy or a tech-guy. I am a crazy driver too. I am an average looking average build man. I have a PC, A laptop, A smart phone, A bike,......as my own. My hobbies include thinking, Reading, Watching movies, Spending time with my friends, Surfing on net, Observing nature, Playing,.......... I am a professional computer gamer. My favorite sports includes Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Tennis, Chess, Caroms,..... I am a non-vegetarian and my favorite dishes are - a lot - and I can’t list them here. I am very friendly to my friends - especially boys and as a matter of fact I have only a few girl friends. I’m not so romantic but I believe in true love. I am not interested in false affairs and following back of any females. I’m straight sexual. I am not very conscious about my health but I do regular exercise. I am not much interested in beauty maintenance and fashion. I’m a casual wearer. I have a huge collection of dresses but most of them are of natural & classic type. In very few occasions, I go yo yo. I can speak Malayalam and English fluently. Also I can speak Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Arabic with some difficulties. I have an intention to learn at least 7 languages thoroughly. I also want to study skating and Kung-fu. I know swimming but want to improve that skill. My role model is The Prophet MOHAMMAD (pbuh). Some other of my favorite persons are – prophets like JESUS, MOSES, ABRAHAM, NOHA, JOSEPH, SOLOMON, DAVID, ADAM, ….(peace be upon them all), Then the sahaba of the prophet, GANDHIJI, SREE BUDHA, Dr. A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM, Dr. ZAKIR NAIK, AHAMMED DEEDAT, …. And ladies like MARY- The mother of JESUS(pbuh), KHADEEJA- the wife of MUHAMMAD(pbuh), ASIYA- the wife of Egyptian pharova RAMSES 2, …… I fear only THE GOD – the one and only creator of the universe - and so I do not fear any other creatures. I like visiting places and one of my dreams is that to visit all the countries around the globe. My other dreams include – do HAJJ pilgrimage, get a perfect partner and a government job, obtain IAS, become an International orator on comparative religion like Dr.Zakir Naik, establish some institutions (A.S Group :– A S communications (ASCOM); A S Educational Trust (ASET); A S Media International (ASMI); A S Technologies (ASTECH); A S Medical Mission (ASM2); A S Social Service (AS3),….), buy my favorite vehicles (some sports bikes, a Ferrari, a BMW sedan, a BENZ SUV, an AUDI hatch back, a VOLKSWAGEN coupe, a LEXUS mini, a TOYOTA,…..), a horse, a speed boat, some devices (power tools, communication equips, media accessories,….),….. I also want to buy a gun after fetching the license. Then I want to build my dream house. I also want to grab an International driving License. I hate racism. I see all the humans alike without considering their colour, position, economy,....... The other thing I hate most is bad politics. In my opinion, the politics and irresponsible media are the causes of all evil and the root problem is injustice. I like music both singing and hearing. My favorite musician is A.R.Rahman. Also mine is a musical family. My bad habits include nail-biting (trying to reduce), getting angry quickly (inherited), anti-feminist character (not true), fast driving (can’t control), watching a lot of movies (almost all),...... My activities includes inter faith dialogues, community services, Organizing events,….. I have memberships in NSS, Tourism Club, Shasthra Sahithya Parishath, IEEE, ….. I grabbed many prizes and medals in different fields including academic, art, literature & sports. I got prizes for working model, still model, research type project and crafting in science fests. From second standard to plus two – each year, my photo had been there in every news papers (kollam edition) following the youth festival for different competitive items like poem recitation, light music, classical music, mappilappattu, essay writing,....... In the fourth standard I was the ‘KALAPRATHIPHA’ of Karunagappally sub-district and in fifth standard, I was the district level ‘KALAPRATHIPHA’. I also got many prizes from different clubs. I was also the winner of many quiz competitions. I could grab the best student badge from my school. I got different scholarships like LSS, USS, PMF, SAT,… for academic excellence. I was also one of the 10 gifted children from kollam district selected by the government in 8th standard. I got the ISRO certification for my B.Tech project. There are about 143 certificates, 16 books, 21 trophies, 3 medals, 89 glasses and some other things in my achievement collection. OK. Now I think, You got almost a clear picture of me. MY VISIONS & CONCEPTS ABOUT MY PARTNER.

Hai...........Let my heart opens here for a while. I am a normal guy but having a different attitude and a special character. I hate the girls who are not behaving like girls. I am always trying to not mingle with sugary girls and i don't look at any girl unless there is any need. Many of my classmates had asked me some questions like "Why are you so?" , "Are you an anti-feminist?" , "Are you a male?" etc. (The last question was solved at site itself in many times..!!). My answers to these questions are here. I am not interested in false affections, dating, co-habitation,.....and other bloody western cultures. But I believe in true love which convert two hearts into one. In my opinion, a single male or female as such is not complete. A male and female together forms a complete person on pairing. ie; Our pair is our half-life. So the selection of the partner is a serious matter in which utmost care should be taken. In my early school times, like others, I also had been interacting with girls and almost all the girls in my school were my friends. But unfortunately one of my best girl friends began to see me as her lover. I was shocked by this incidence because i considered all my girl friends as my sisters. I had many such experiences and i witnessed many such cases around me. This compelled me to seriously think about the relationships and future. Then from my high school onwards i totally changed my approach and till now i successfully follows it. So at present my status is that "No lover, No worry, No tension ". But you don't think that i don't have any girlfriends. Before coming to that, let me submit my visions and concepts about my would be. The following are the criterion I put forward to pick up my partner. 1) She should be a ritualistic pious Muslim lady. 2) Moderate glamor.(Excess glamor is not a problem) 3) Sufficient education.(or good thinking ability) 4) Average economic status. 5) Good family background. 6) Good character,distinct opinion,courage,shyness,loving heart,...... 7) Physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. 8) Ability to co-operate in all the losses and gains of me. 9) Interests in arts/technology/cooking/gardening/......... 10) Age and height less than me. Now I am implementing some preferences for selection, if there are many girls with the required qualifications. 1) strength of faith 2) Glamor 3) Economy 4) Education (B-tech electronics is most favored) 5) Other abilities or activities 6) Lesser age 7) Name start with S or A. These are my expectations about my would be. I will marry between 26th & 28th year of my age (GOD willing). My pair will be the queen of my kingdom and she should be my back up and exact half-life. But whatever our expectations are, only the decision of the almighty will happen and I have to admit it. So I'm just praying for a good partner. Now some points for the lady out there who is seriously looking into this matter. Think wisely before you jump so that you won’t criticize yourself in the future. I can’t promise you that you won’t be hurt or you will be happy always or no worries ahead,…... if you are with me. But I can guarantee you that none other will harm you while I’m alive and you will be in my heart till my last breath. I have a lot of problems and I can’t get rid of them all by myself. But I’m trying to. Please accept me with these defects and just be with me and hold my hands. I will improve. The first criticism posed against me by a lot of people is that I am not much into relationships or I’m anti-romantic. Do you know why. Because I have been reserving all my romance for you and I don’t want to give away your rights to some others. You will feel my love. In my opinion, the key point for a successful relationship is the mutual understanding. So first and foremost try to understand me as it is and act accordingly. Now, some advice for you. Try to learn some martial arts - It will be very helpful while living with me..!!. Reserve your tears - there will be a lot of opportunity ahead for you to use it, if you will be there with me..!!. Learn ‘take it easy’ approach- You have to face my mom..!!. OK. Now our future. Don’t worry about our home. I am a very good family man. I know how to run a family well enough and I had that experience by conducting hostels. Don’t worry about the economy. I will handle it. I hate dowry. It’s my duty to take care of you and our family and so I don’t need your wealth. I just need you and you are my treasure. But if you wish to get something from your home, it’s up to you. But please keep it with yourself and don’t bring it between us. I will be irritated. I am sure I can provide you with the sustenance. Feel free to use my earnings. It’s for you. I insist that you must follow the Islamic morals. Now about your carrier. I am not against working women but I appreciate those women more who sacrifice their potentials for the goodness of their family. I respect such women whom the society calls as house wives. In my opinion, the noblest profession is not of a doctor but of a mother. Our children are our life and we have to give the first preference for their matters. As a mother, our children’s future will mostly depend on you and I can’t compromise that. So whatever your chosen carrier is, you must be a good mother and u should be with them in their growth. If you want your carrier more than the offspring, sorry I can’t let you. I know, women also want to be ‘independent’ and need a carrier. But I think it will be more appropriate for a good family, if we both are dependent. Isn’t it lovely that I can’t live without you and vise versa. We have to complement each other and we will together form our life. But I won’t let you feel boring by sitting alone in the home. I will make you earn for yourself, if you don’t have a job by making you a business women (MD of AS Groups..!!). Also you can be an active member of any good organization and can participate in some community services. I am not a workaholic. Of course I’m sincere and dedicated to my profession but the preference is for family. Actually the very objective of the job is to make the life happier and for me the family is my life. The other major thing for which most of the wives have a problem with is about ‘RESPECT’. Many of them think that their husbands don’t give them the due respect and treat them as sub ordinates. What can I say. For me, my wife is nothing but me myself. She is my one half and if I disrespect her, I am disrespecting myself. You will have your word in every matter concerning me and I love to discuss. Your suggestions will be considered for sure. Your talents, works, sacrifice,…. Will be appreciated. I’m not discussing the more private matters like daily life, children, sex,….here. That we can discuss in person. So these are some glimpse of the vision in my heart about my would-be. These are just my desires and the real life may not be the same. Most of the people have such concepts before the marriage and it won’t work in real life and will mess it up. So pray and strive for the good and I hope it will all be alright. Anyway come to me soon my dear. I’m waiting lonely here. Come, fill me and rule my kingdom. OK......Now it's time to close my heart. MY ACADEMIC OVERVIEW

Hi buddies........How are you? This section is a detailed overview of my education from beginning to till now.As my mom is a teacher I started learning from my home itself. I was sent to Chansy Rani Nursery School in Karunagappally at the age of 4 and there did my LKG & UKG studies(!!). From first standard to third standard, I was at Town L P School, Karunagappally -because my grandma was working there and she compelled my dad to do so. Anyway I could grab the best student badge within a short time and I could preserve it all the 3 years of my study at TLPS. When i completed the 3-rd Std, my grandma was retired and i was shifted to the great Government U P School, Karunagappally where my mom was working. Till now, UPGS is the topest school at Karunagappally and none of other CBSE or ICSE schools in Karunagappally can overrule this Government State Syllabus school. From Fourth standard to seventh standard, I had studied there and it is the greatest educational institute I ever seen. There i found new meanings of study and the students - teachers relationship. I was the topper throughout the 4 years of study at UPGS too. Also i could grab many awards in extra curricular activities. After my 7-th Std, I joined to Boys Higher Secondary School, Karunagappally. When I started my high school education, I could not get full concentration on studies as before (you know the problems of teenage). But anyway my high school academics was not bad. In SSLC examination, I got 92% mark( 551 / 600 ). But my great friend Ajesh.A got 555 marks and so i was pushed to school second. My Higher Secondary Education was also done at BHSS (+2 wing is mixed ). I opted the Biology Science group and started learning. But the wind was in opposite direction. I became very lazy and i lost all the concentration on studies. There i found out many other activities and fields. My relatives thought that i would become a fraud and my excellence would be no more. But by the grace of GOD, at the last moments of Higher Secondary Examination, i was retrieved from the darkness and i strived hard to regain my pride. But there were a little time left. Anyway I could grab a distinction with 83% mark in +2 exam. I wrote the Kerala Entrance Exam and got a rank of 4123 for Engineering and 7634 for Medicine. My parents had a wish to make me a doctor and so i was sent to P.C.Thomas Institute at Thrichur for medical entrance coaching. There also i could not concentrate on my studies as in my early school time. But i had a lot of experiences there which contributed to my character. When the result was arrived, my medical rank was 2138 and engineering rank was 1782. My medical rank was not sufficient for getting a Govt. MBBS seat. My parents compelled me to join in any self financing medical college or to do BDS, but i did not agree to it. I was decided to do B-Tech and I opt for Electronics & Communication Engineering in some Government colleges in online counseling. Fortunately I got my second choice - EC in SCT College of Engineering(You can read more about my college in another article). So I started my college days. Just as everyone I also had some aims while I had joined the college like getting good marks, good certificate from everyone, maximum attendance, academic excellence,….. . But they had just blown away within the first few days of my college life. I had a different perspective towards life different from most other guys. As you all know, the so called ‘youthful heavenly college life’ of most people revolve around the one main objective- getting attention & entertainment, and the ingredients include affairs, hang outs, happy hours, style, outfits, money,…….. But I was different. I didn’t expose my talents to anyone in my college. Most of the girls in my college didn’t even know a guy named ANZAL exist there. I didn’t ever try to be a ‘yo yo’ and in fact I was ashamed of the things that many of my colleagues were doing to grab attention of others. I converged to my small friend circle. I didn’t give importance to study (for marks) and I was sitting on the last benches (But I grabbed all the necessary basic knowledge in my stream). When the time to leave the college approached I had been facing a different reality of my life- the carrier and the future. At that time I wanted to concentrate more on studies. But it was too late. Anyway I could complete the course with a first class but for me it was a deep declination from my sslc performance. Anyhow I never felt condemned because it was not in my priority list to gain marks and I could achieve all of my other objectives. In the first 3 semesters, I was staying at my uncle's house at ulloor which is 13 kms away from my college. But in fourth sem, due to some reasons, I had decided to live in my own way. So I took a house for rent near the college and 5 of my classmates (Colin, Adarsh, Deepu, Manuel, Kabeer) accompany me there and we started the hostel life. I named the hostel CADMAK by taking the first letters of all the 6 members. We had managed to appoint a cook and everything went smoothly except the studies. It was an experience and it made me confident about myself. My college life gave me everything I had desired and it played a crucial part in the formation of my present life. Now I am doing my post graduation (M.Tech in VLSI Design) in AMRITA SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING, KOLLAM. Studies are going smoothly. I have a clear target and more concern about my profession and career now. As I had said to you earlier, I have a dream to obtain an IAS and a Ph.D. The carrier options in front of me is to get into any of the government creative firms like ISRO, DRDO, BEL, BHEL, BSNL,...... Pray for me to get my dreams fulfilled.

SCT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING.

Hello............How do you do? Here in this article, I am exploring my college in an extensive manner for you. I am now studying in the glorious technical institute - The 'SREE CHITHRA THIRUNAL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING' , which is located at pappanamcode , 4 kilometers away from Trivandrum central( Thampanoor) railway station & bus stand and about 12 kilometers from the Trivandrum international airport. The campus is situated beside the yard of KSRTC Central works & pappanamcodu dippo by the side of NH-47. This engineering college was established in 1994 which is undertaken by the government of kerala and is conducted by KSRTC. SCTCE is affiliated to Kerala university on the approval of AICTE and is accredited by NBA. It has got ISO 9001:2000 certification and is aided by the world bank through TEQUIP ( Technical Education Quality Improvement Program ) of government of INDIA ( Only 7 colleges in kerala have this facility ). According to the latest survey of professional colleges , SCT is the third topest engineering college in kerala after NIT (Kozhikkodu) & CET (Trivandrum) and also the 98-th college in All India basis ( only 3 colleges from kerala are there in top 100 ). This college was governed by the board of governers mainly including Transport minister of Govt. of kerala ( Chairman ) , Managing director of KSRTC , Additional secretary of higher education department , principal secretary of finance department , secretary of transport department , managing director of KTDFC , Director of technical education , AICTE regional officer and the principal of the college. The courses offered in SCT are - Electronics & Communication , Computer Science , Mechanical Eng , Bio-Technology , Automobile Eng , Production Eng and Information Technology. It was decide to commence Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics B-tech and 2 M-tech courses in mechanical strem in the coming years and the works for that is in progress. In facilities, SCT is second to none. It has got a huge central workshop (largest in ASIA) with all most modern equipments and super speciality labs with hi-tech tools. There is also a well equipped central library and many departmental libraries. We also have completely airconditioned presentation hall , seminar hall , conference hall & an interview room with effective sound and video arrangements. The CCF (common computing facility) in SCT provides any time free Internet access which is supported with more than 400 inter connected ultra modern computers and the world class IBM & ACER servers. There is also a neet canteen, coffee corner, aqua filter drinking water system in each floor, volley ball, tennis & shuttle courts, Cricket practice net, garden, extensive vehicle parking area and a colourful campus. The transporting is enhanced with college buses and a branch of SBI (state bank of INDIA) is working inside the college. There is a good security system and very comfortable administrative blocks with separate offices for each wing. There is an active CGPU ( carrier guidance and placement unit ) is working in SCT and many big MNCs (Multy National Companies) like Microsoft, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HP, Samsung, Intel, AMD, Sharp, Philips,................have their placement wings in the college. There is more than 100% placement in our college and so the SCT students have not much tension about their future. The main enforcement of SCT is its ALUMNI. Many SCT-ians are working around the globe at very high posts and they are the back-bone of SCT. The PTA is also very strong. SCT has its own rock band named CAIOS (No:-1 in Trivandrum), Dance droop named Dreamers & sports teams. The other associations and bodies in SCT are – NSS (National Service Scheme), IEEE students’ branch (Institution of Electrical and Electronic engineers, India), CSI students’ chapter (Computer Society of India), SAE branch (Society of Automobile engineers, USA, India), ISTE (Indian Society of Technical Education), IEI (Institution of Engineers, India), RCC (Research and Consultancy Centre), IIPC (Industry Institute Partnership Cell), CCE (Centre for Continuing Education), EDC (Entrepreneurship Development Cell), CGPU (carrier guidance and placement unit), PTA (Parents Teachers Association), SCEAA (SCTCE Alumni Association), CEST (Council of Electronic Studies), Lanscape (Association of Computer science students), ITSA (Information Technology Students’ Association), MESA (Mechanical Engineering Students Association), PESA (Production Engineering Students Association), AAES (Association of Automobile Engineering Students), euBION (Bio-technology students’ association), Samskara (a unit of SFI), publication committee, Library committee, Canteen committee and Sports & Arts clubs. There is a number of technical & cultural festivals and inter collegiate meets are conducting every year by each departments which are very famous and are sponsored by Industrial Giants. Some of them are Nirvaan (EC), Dishaa (CS), Autobahn (MA), Magna (MP), Rewind (ME), Biome (BT), Dreamz, Au Fait (SFI), Sports day, Arts day, Alumni day celibrations,………. Above all the faculty is the basement of SCT. By the hard working of more than 100 expert well-trained qualified professors and staffs, SCT continuously grabs university top ranks.
